 NCT47 High Precision Temperatureto-Voltage Converter
The NCT47 is linear output temperature sensor whose output voltage is directly proportional to measured temperature. The NCT47 can accurately measure temperature from -40C to +125C. For the NCT47, the output voltage range is typically 100mV at -40C, 500mV at 0C, 750mV at +25C, and 1.75V at +125C. A 10mV/C voltage slope allows for the wide temperature range. The NCT47 is packaged in space saving 3-Pin SOT-23B packages, making them ideal for space critical applications.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION temperature slope is fixed at 10 mV/C, and the output voltage at 0C is 500 mV.
The NCT47 has an output voltage that varies linearly with temperature in degrees Celsius. Figure 1 shows a plot of the output voltage versus temperature for the NCT47. The
